Fast and efficient service. You tell a lot about a shop and the service you'll receive from that shop by how clean the place is and they care of the customers. I was overly impressed and how you could tell it was a small shop that cared about the service it provided. I'll bring my car back in the future. Also the location is extremely close to I-5 which makes getting your oil change done even faster!
